How to Use Lace Melting Spray

1. Prepare Your Hairline

Keep your natural hair flat beneath the wig and move loose strands away from the area you will be working on. Start with clean, dry skin around the lace edge, without excess oil, cream or old adhesive residue.
Follow the product’s application directions and keep spray away from your eyes.

2. Adjust the Wig Before Securing the Lace

Position the wig so the hairline sits naturally, then adjust the cap at the back for a snug, comfortable fit.

This is an important point in our tutorial: secure the fit before focusing on the sides. If the cap moves around, extra spray alone will not solve the problem. Avoid tightening it enough to create pulling or discomfort.

3. Apply a Small Amount of Melting Spray

Clip the hair away and work in small sections along the lace edge.
