We have changed our name to Luvme Hair South Africa as we have been acquired by Luvme Hair, a top 3 wig company in North America, and we are keeping our focus on the South African market.
3. Is it still the same products & quality?
Yes, we will continue to offer the same high-quality products at the same prices. Additionally, we are committed to making upgrades and improvements to provide even more high-quality products for our customers to enjoy.
4. Are you located in South Africa now?
No, we do not have any physical stores in South Africa at the moment. However, we do have an online store that ships to Africa. We continue to offer free shipping to South Africa for wig orders, and the shipping time is usually 3-5 working days.
5. Why do you continue to use old packaging for shipping even after switching to a new brand?
For the next three months, we will be randomly using new and old packaging for shipping, so please don't worry.

Helena, the founder of Luvme Hair, got into the wig business after a coincidental encounter in 2009 and started the wig business in a 30-square-foot office. At that time, the market was saturated with low-quality, overpriced wigs, leaving customers frustrated and struggling to find satisfactory products. She recognized the need for a radical change in this situation and founded Luvme Hair in 2014. To this day, Luvme Hair is committed to providing high-quality wigs, fueled by innovation and sincere desire to connect with our customers.
